The absolute best! I walked in today expecting a rumble experience and was highly surprised by The Parlor’s fresh approach! The ayce was fantastic, food so good I forgot to take pics for y’all, ayce is fairly priced, the chefs were attentive and shared delicious arrangements of sushi. The ambiance was kindly welcomed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit this week!!

Very impressed by the food and service. Everyone is really nice. Sushi chef made me some stuff that wasn’t on the menu that was so delicious I just stared at my plate in disbelief lol sushi is also very fresh and you can actually taste every ingredient in your roll.

Amazing spot! The sushi here is always fresh, and the Mexican fusion gives it a flavor you won’t find anywhere else. The rolls are creative, portions are generous, and the service is super friendly. Perfect place whether you want a casual lunch or a fun night out. Highly recommend trying their specialty fusion rolls—you’ll keep coming back!

Was a great experience. They are doing fusion with Mexican and Sushi ingredients. I love there take with adding different level of spicy peppers with inclusions but not limited to like cilantro. The sushi chefs were much more personable. The servers did seem a bit disconnected or unenthusiastic but we were there when they opened up and maybe they were trying to keep there distance with the chefs. Other than that it was a relaxed vibe and clean. Everything wrapped carefully, all wearing gloves and seemed like they wanted to be there. I would recommend the El Diablo, but, I like spicy. Lots of choices of traditional dishes cuts and rolls also. Highly recommend trying them out. Also, awesome retro record store next door. For those who dont know, thats where you can go buy and physically own a music on a hard copy of your choice (CD, Tape, and Record)

Food is amazing! The atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. Service is just right. Servers check on you enough, but not too much. Every time I come here I feel like I’m everyone here are friends. People are all engaging with one another. Makes you feel at home. Some of my favorites are Crunch Dragon, Samaria, and Parlor Agua Chile. This is my new sushi spot!!

This place was 10/10. Sushi was fresh & flavorful. Very fast as well. What really sold it was the customer service. The waitress was so attentive, the owner was there greeting customers and super welcoming. It was a very homey experience. If you’re hesitant on trying new sushi spots, let this be your new one.

Can't say enough good things about this place!! My wife and baby in a stroller and I went here for lunch midday for the first time since the change of ownership and we were looking for an improved dining experienced over the previous place. We definitely got it. The food quality is absolutely phenomenal. We got the premium AYCE and it did not disappoint. The improvements and restorations they made make the place actually look very lively and welcoming. It's not just sushi either, they have a lot of cultural variance on their menu that makes it basically a fusion place. Except they actually take the time to make each item properly. And since it's still not that busy, you won't get anything rushed or half assed, so this is prime time to get their best quality! It's still a new place so give them some grace with the service time and promptness. But the food, which is the basis of this business is absolutely on point. Very flavorful, well made, well presented, and well portioned. Y'all are thinking it so I'll come out and say it, the "fish to rice ratio" for the nigiri was actually pretty favorable to the customer, which is rare nowadays!! I met Moises, the owner, because he actually came to our table and welcomed us in and even asked for our feedback on how he can improve the restaurant; from the menu items to the music. Great dude. A++ all around. Highly recommend!
